Cooltra is looking for an experienced City Manager (called internally Delegate) to join our Free Float team in Paris. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and people-focused leader with strong analytical skills and a passion for operational excellence.

About the role:

Reporting to the B2C Country Manager (called internally B2C Free Float Regional Manager), you will lead and develop the Paris Free Float team to ensure high fleet availability and excellent quality of service.

What you will do:

• Leading and motivating the Paris Free Float team.
• Manage the needs of the team and guide the team members to achieve the expected results. Help them to grow.
• Optimize the available resources (fleet and people) to achieve the best results in terms of availability of the fleet.
• Make sure to offer a high-quality service to the client.
• Generate and analyze business reports (market analysis, city analysis) for taking strategical decisions with the Paris Regional Manager and the HQ team (General Managers, Operations team, etc.).
• Enroll in strategic meetings with potential partners

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Operations areas, covering leadership/management positions.
• Experience in mobility/renting sector is a big plus.
• Languages: French native, high knowledge of English (C1); Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy.
• Ability to inspire and lead the team and keep it motivated.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
