Administrative assistant (part time)
The profile we are looking for as an Administrative Assistant is in charge of managing all the administrative tasks related to human resources and finance.
Human resources: You will be the point of contact with Headquarter in Barcelona:
- Consolidation of all requests coming from employees :
- Hiring processes and interviews scheduling
- Labor contracts
- Payrolls (worked hours, night shift, medical leaves, holidays, all question related)
- Documents for and from employee (transport ticket, certificates…)
- Vacantions management
- Contract termination
- Convocation medical visit
- Health insurance
- Work accident
Invoice and accounting: Support managing invoices and payment processes:
- Controlling of suppliers invoicing
- Management of fullfilment of payment dates
- Controlling payments send and made by Headquarter.
- Communication with supplier and internal departments in order to streamline invoices and payments
- Support managing accounting theme
- Support on compliance regarding fiscal and financial obligations
- Communication with Tcagest (contabilistas) and HQ finance and accounting department
Mail management SB/FF:
- Recollection, sorting, scan + answers if necessary
- Regular travel to the Post Office
